WHAT'S IN A BROCHURE?

  • It is your best foot forward

    • It should be brief

      • Three fold

      • Four fold (with response form)

    • It should convey your mission and vision, guided by your marketing plan.

  • Marketing

    • Work with your staff and your brochure designer to assure that you have an updated marketing plan.

  • Content

    • What do your prospects need?

    • Why do they need it?

    • Why are you the answer?

    • How will you do it?

  • Production

    • Any information which you write should be emailed or delivered on disk to your designer. This will save time and money.

    • Don't be concerned about finished material.  Your personal thoughts and facts will be easy to edit.

    • Use graphics sparingly to make a point.

    • Use callouts (words in a box) to get the reader's attention.

  • Distribution

    • Your designer can give you a file in color or black & white which can be taken to a printer.

    • You can also produce small quantity copies on your office color laser printer.
