US Council of Catholic Bishops statement on the Eucharist "Happy are those who are called to His Supper: PDF file

2 Peter 1:5-7 Make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, virtue with knowledge, knowledge with self-control, self-control with endurance, endurance with devotion, devotion with mutual affection, mutual affection with love. - "Whenever we find ourselves bombarded with accusations over past sins, with demeaning reminders of our weakness, unworthiness, or uselessness, we can turn to the blood of Jesus for protection and Satan must flee! His temptations, his accusations lose their grip, and we are restored to the truth once more of who we are in Christ. Deliverance is ours, even as Jesus rejoices over us all because we have called upon the power of his blood!" (from the Word Among Us)

God Is In All - Accept The Fact

What is naturally present everywhere - nothing needs to be done to attain it. You just have to know and accept it. This river is the Ganges - to make the river Ganges, nothing needs to be done. Someone who knew told you and you, having faith in him, believed him. You just accepted what he said. The Ganges was there from before - only you did not know. Now you know.

God also says that He is in everything equally. He is there in an unmanifest form (niraakaar) all over. Like fire is present everywhere but is not seen till it appears - God is there everywhere but is not seen till He appears. He appears for those who love Him. He is everywhere that is why He can appear anywhere. Like for Prahlad He appeared from a pillar because He was in the pillar also. He is in all - the Gita, Ramayan and God Himself says this - accept the fact.

You say you have accepted it. Now if you have accepted it - do you feel scared, are you attracted to money, do you have likes and dislikes? If yes, then what have you accepted? When it is God in all - then why the difference? God is present in everything and everyone. Like in golden ornaments, their shape and utility are different but in reality they are just gold. Tulsidasji says that beholding Sita and Ram in everyone - I fold my hands and bow down to them. Even in the Bhagwat it is said that lie down like a stick (bow down) in front of a dog, low caste man, cow and donkey. You are not actually bowing down to the cow, etc. you are bowing down to the God inside them. People say that they feel ashamed. I can give you a simple solution - do not physically lie down - physically fold your hands and bow down but mentally lie down. By this you will actually start seeing God in all.

Accept the fact that God is in all. Start this lesson (of bowing down to all) from today itself. Bow to the God in all.
